Email Spoof Test Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. General Overview
By participating in our Free Email Spoof Test Campaign (hereafter referred to as “Campaign”), you (the participant, “you” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these terms carefully before participating.

2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to businesses, organizations, and individuals who request the free email spoof test (“Test”). The Campaign is intended solely for participants who are 18 years of age or older. By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Purpose of the Test
The Test is designed to identify potential vulnerabilities in your email security by simulating a spoofed email sent to your designated email addresses. This service is provided solely for the purpose of improving your security awareness and highlighting any weaknesses in your email protection systems.

4. Nature of the Campaign
The Campaign is entirely free. There are no fees or charges to participate. However, this is a limited-time offer and the availability of the Test is subject to the discretion of the Campaign organizer.

5. How the Test Works

• The Test will simulate sending spoofed emails to your designated email accounts.
• The results of the Test will provide you with a report indicating the effectiveness of your current email security measures.
• The Test will NOT involve any malicious intent, hacking, or illegal activity.
• We will NOT access or read the contents of your emails, nor will we manipulate your email accounts or data.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

• We collect only the information necessary to conduct the Test, including the email addresses you provide.
• No sensitive information, including passwords or confidential data, will be collected during the Test.
• The results of the Test will be shared only with you, and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
• Your personal and business information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. No Guarantee of Security
While the Test may help you identify potential vulnerabilities, we do not guarantee that your email system will be entirely secure after the Test. The Test is informational and educational in nature and is not a substitute for ongoing, comprehensive security measures.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Test is conducted on an “as-is” basis, and we make no warranties or representations, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the Test results.
• We are not liable for any damages or losses (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising from your participation in the Campaign, or your reliance on the results of the Test.
• You are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations based on the Test results and for maintaining your email system’s security.

9. Responsibility and Consent
By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the email addresses you provide are within your control or the control of your organization.
• You consent to receive simulated spoofed emails as part of the Test.
• You agree not to use the Test results for any illegal or unethical activity.

10. Duration and Termination

• This Campaign is available for a limited time. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Your participation in the Campaign may be suspended or terminated if you breach any of the Terms.

11. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, and content provided as part of the Campaign, including the Test results, are the intellectual property of the Campaign organizer and may not be copied, distributed, or used for any commercial purposes without our written consent.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Campaign after any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Grenada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenada.
